Hot Oil Boilers

Hot oil boilers from Azar Farayand Energy are designed and manufactured according to the DIN4754 international standard and are recognized as one of the most reliable and high-efficiency heating systems in various industries. These boilers feature a three-pass thermal and three-pass spiral oil design, which increases heat transfer surface and ensures high efficiency across different capacities.

Features and Technical Specifications

• Designed according to DIN4754, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 350°C and working pressures of 11 bar

• Available in capacities from 100,000 kcal/hr and above in two-pass and three-pass models

• Made from 17Mn4 alloy steel plates (DIN17155) and Seamless tubes, Class 40, St35.8 alloy

• Coil welding: Argon penetration pass and finishing pass with 7018 electrodes under automated control

• Two rows of spiral coils: outer coil in the first pass and inner coil in the third pass

• Continuous inspection of raw materials, manufacturing process, and quality tests by the QC unit

• Radiographic testing of coils and hydrostatic tests at 15 bar

• Body insulation with rock wool and ceramic wool, covered with stainless steel sheet

• Front and rear door insulation with refractory cement up to 1700°C

• Equipped with accessories: storage tank, expansion tank, circulation and injection pump, gas separator, blocking vessel, and flow control system to minimize heat loss and improve efficiency
