NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) performed at all welding stages by an inspection authority licensed by the Standards Organization.
Body insulation with rock wool and ceramic wool, covered with stainless steel sheets.
Use of 17Mn4 alloy steel sheets according to DIN17155 for pressure areas and ST35.8 fire-tube pipes according to DIN17175.
Front and rear door insulation with 1700°C refractory cement.
Equipped with hand hole, head hole, and manhole for easy periodic inspection inside the boiler.
Possibility to install economizer, superheater, and flue gas damper to prevent heat loss, increase efficiency, and optimize energy consumption.
