دیگ بخار ایستاده مدل ASV محصولی از شرکت آذرفرایند انرژی است که مطابق با استانداردهای معتبر بینالمللی طراحی و تولید میشود. این نوع دیگ برای کاربردهای صنعتی با ظرفیت پایین تا متوسط مناسب بوده و به دلیل طراحی عمودی، فضای نصب کمی اشغال میکند. راهاندازی سریع، بهرهبرداری آسان و عملکرد پایدار از ویژگیهای اصلی این مدل میباشد.
ظرفیت تولید بخار این دیگ در محدوده ۱۰۰ تا ۵۰۰ کیلوگرم در ساعت بوده و فشار کاری آن بین ۶ تا ۱۰ بار میباشد. طراحی عمودی و چند پاس حرارتی در این دیگ باعث افزایش راندمان انتقال حرارت و تولید بخار خشک با کیفیت بالا میشود.
بخشهای تحت فشار دیگ از ورقهای فولادی آتشخوار با آلیاژهای 17Mn4 و ST35.8 ساخته میشوند که مقاومت بالایی در برابر دما و فشار دارند. لولههای مورد استفاده از نوع بدون درز و مطابق با استانداردهای مربوطه انتخاب شدهاند تا ایمنی و دوام دستگاه تضمین گردد.
بدنه دیگ به وسیله عایق حرارتی از نوع پشم سنگ یا الیاف سرامیکی عایقکاری شده و با روکش آلومینیوم یا استنلس استیل پوشانده میشود تا اتلاف حرارتی به حداقل برسد و راندمان حرارتی دستگاه افزایش یابد.
تمامی عملیات جوشکاری توسط جوشکاران دارای گواهینامه معتبر انجام میشود و فرآیندها بر اساس دستورالعملهای تأیید شده جوشکاری صورت میگیرد. برای اطمینان از کیفیت ساخت، کلیه درزهای جوش تحت آزمونهای غیرمخرب قرار میگیرند. همچنین مواد اولیه و مراحل تولید تحت نظارت سازمانهای بازرسی و کنترل کیفیت مورد تأیید انجام میشود.
این دیگ بخار با طراحی ساده و کاربردی، نصب و بهرهبرداری آسانی دارد و به دلیل طراحی فشرده، برای فضاهای محدود بسیار مناسب است. راهاندازی سریع، راندمان حرارتی بالا، مصرف سوخت بهینه و هزینه نگهداری پایین از مزایای مهم آن به شمار میروند. همچنین این سیستم مجهز به کنترلهای اتوماتیک و تجهیزات ایمنی لازم بوده و همراه با مدارک کامل بازرسی و فنی ارائه میشود.

The ASV Vertical Steam Boiler, manufactured by AzarFarayand Energy, is designed and produced according to internationally recognized standards. This boiler is suitable for low to medium industrial capacities and, due to its vertical configuration, requires minimal installation space. Fast start‑up, reliable operation, and easy maintenance are among the main advantages of this model.
The boiler operates with a steam capacity ranging from 100 to 500 kg per hour and an operating pressure between 6 and 10 bar. Its vertical multi‑pass thermal design improves heat transfer efficiency and ensures the production of high‑quality dry steam.
The pressure parts are manufactured from high‑strength boiler steel plates made of alloys 17Mn4 and ST35.8, providing excellent resistance to high temperature and pressure conditions. The tubes used in the boiler are seamless and selected according to relevant standards to guarantee durability and safety.
The boiler body is insulated using high‑density rock wool or ceramic fiber insulation and covered with aluminum or stainless steel cladding in order to minimize heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.
All welding operations are carried out by certified welders and follow approved welding procedures. To ensure structural integrity, all welding seams undergo non‑destructive testing during the manufacturing process. Raw materials and production stages are inspected and approved by authorized quality control organizations.
